Cancellations

Cancelling the course two week prior will result in a 25% of course fee penalty. This is in place to cover administration and catering costs prior to the course.

Cancelling 2 weeks or more prior, there will be no penalty and a refund will be processed within 14 business days unless contacted beforehand.

In case of failure to attend with no prior communication, no refund will be issued, and another course will need to be booked at candidates’ expense.

Reschedule

If a candidate wishes to reschedule a course, they must notify Central Coast Resuscitation Training 14 business day prior to scheduled course date.

A course must be booked within 12 months of reschedule date.

One reschedules per candidate – $50 reschedule fee will apply if candidate wishes to be rescheduled more than once.

Central Coast Resuscitation Training acknowledges that sometimes there are unforeseeable circumstances/events which we will take into consideration if we are contacted as soon as possible.
